Reed Recruitment are currently recruiting for Tenant Liaison Officers to liaise with housing tenants over the installation of new water flow products.

The water flow products will save the tenants money, benefit the environment, and will have been paid forby the local water authority that supplies to the area.

The main purpose of this role is to book in promote and book in appointments for the plumbers to attend and fit the water saving devices.

Products are free of charge to the tenants and tenants will havealready received a letter from their local authorities to explain that you will be attending their properties (No cold calling).

This is a mobile role, and the tenants and as such you will need your own car. You will be visiting one area each day.


The Tenant Liaison Officer is responsible for carrying out pre-entry visits/surveys to ensure appointments convert to installations, maximising the efficiency of the installation team.


  • Face to face customer service or sales experience would be ideal.
  • Ability to interact sensitively with others.
  • Using computers and computer systems to enter data, or process information.
  • Proactive, selfmotivated and knows when to seek guidance.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team to achieve common objectives.
  • Presentable appearance
  • A driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • A DBS check will be conducted by Reed Recruitment on your behalf if you do not already possess a recent DBS certificate.
