DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide administrative support to a wellestablished Retail Store.
- Answering the telephone and providing assistance to both customer and supplier queries.
- Monitoring of the companies online store and processing orders for dispatch.
- Liaising with company suppliers in all aspects of stock including stock ordering, garment returns etc.
- The post holder must be flexible and be prepared to work in a varied, busy role. There be may be requirement from time to time to work outside of normal office hours.
- To carry out other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the post and the needs of the organisation in order to develop and maintain service delivery.
- Ensure all information of confidential nature is not divulged to third parties.
ESSENTIAL
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a busy office environment
- Good interpersonal, listening and communication skills
- Good organisational and record keeping skills
- Diary management
PLEASE NOTE FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN
