We are looking for enthusiastic, polite, and upbeat members of staff to join our Feefo award winning insurance brokers The position will be based at our office in Long Lane, Halesowen, B62 9LD.

We specialise in commercial motor insurance related products. The role will be servicing our existing customers via telephone, our live chat facility and over the counter. Duties include, but are not restricted to

  • Processing policy adjustments
  • Collecting payments and discussing payment related queries.
  • Renewing existing policies.
  • Providing advice and assistance to customers who have received correspondence from our office relating to No Claims Bonus and Driving Licence requests.
  • Administrative duties (Off the phone) include
  • Processing personal diaries from previous calls, opening and attaching customer post onto our systems, sending information to insurers, processing centralised diary systems.
  • To ensure all relevant information is given to the customers as required.
Minimum requirements for the role

Hours: 37.5 per week (1 hours lunch)

9:00am - 5:30pm

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
Up to £22,500.00 per year
