We have an exciting vacancy for an experienced, organised and versatile office administrator, with HR skills, to join our head office admin team.


We are Rope Access In London, a young, exciting and growing business, with a brilliant team of over 50 abseilers who take on all manner of external work for our wide range of clients, large and small.

We are looking for someone who can self-motivate, multi-task and who can demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude. The position is based at our new head office in Golders Green - NW2 2AZ.

JOB OVERVIEW:

This role would suit someone with previous experience of HR and administration.

Past roles within the construction sector / hotels / council planners / or similar would be a benefit but not essential.


You will be our main go to person for all HR tasks, as well as being the lead on compliance issues, fleet management and a range of other administrative tasks.


You will need to communicate effectively with colleagues in the office and with our team of operatives in the field, and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

You should be someone who can think outside the box and find creative solutions to help the company flourish and grow.

You will need to be comfortable within a fast-paced, high-energy environment, where no two days are the same.

We have a modern office not far from Golders Green underground station, with 9 bus routes passing within 5-15 minutes of our location.

We are a friendly team who enjoying working hard together to achieve success.

But we also enjoy having fun together after work so staff events and get-togethers, either in our out the office happen regularly.

We're also keen to reach out into the communities where we work and organise various social-inclusion events throughout the year in colaboration with our partners.

We offer a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience. We also offer a bonus scheme for all employees.
