This is an ideal position for someone with limited or no office experience willing to learn and develop skills.

This is an office based role, working Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities:

  • Cashbook maintenance
  • Large volume invoice processing
  • Account reconciliation and payment
  • Resolution of invoice queries
  • Month end reporting

Requirements:

  • Ability to use a range of IT packages including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to work well within commercial teams
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to see tasks through to completion
  • Ability to work under own intuition and think of new ways to drive efficiencies
