About the Role

Porsche Centre Glasgow is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trainee Service Administrator to support the Aftersales Department. As a critical member of the team, you will work closely with the Service Management Team, Service Advisors, and Warranty Administrator to ensure seamless customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare paperwork for retail customers and work closely with the Sales Team to ensure vehicle preparation is flawless.
  • Support the Warranty Administrator in all aspects of the Porsche warranty process.
  • Assist with internal and external invoicing, job card creation, and filing.
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers over the telephone.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role or a similarly demanding environment. Experience with Kerridge/ADP is not essential but would be advantageous. You will thrive in a busy, high-pressure environment and have strong administration skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
