The Role


Accountable to the Service Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating Website leads, provide service bookings, follow-up and CVP and assist with company marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities & Accountability

  • Contact customers and book them in for a Service trying to sell Service and Addon Products or Services
  • Handle incoming and make outgoing service booking calls for all relevant service operations
  • Deal with any complaints and pass them to the relevant Service department Managers and Customer Relations Manager
  • Send out MOT and Service Reminders
  • Handle and book 1LINK bookings daily
  • Contact and book in Motability customers for servicing and MOT
  • Contact lapsed customers to book, modify or delete CRM records
  • Telephone all customers after their visit to the Service department to make sure they are Completely Satisfied, making them aware the importance of completing Franchise Surveys
  • Establish and maintain effective working relations with colleagues and other departments to promote effective crossdepartmental relations
  • Develop company knowledge through attending various training opportunities
  • Maintain quality standards of dress, time keeping, attitude, customer care, honesty and health and safety in order to portray a professional image to customers at all times
  • Follow personnel policies and procedures, including holiday periods, disciplinary codes, etc.
