We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our Exeter Agency team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handling enquiries, providing insurance quotations, and undertaking insurance transactions and general sales tasks with a proactive enthusiasm.
- Business Development: Obtain appointments for our Financial Advisor to contribute towards our Agency target.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain knowledge of NFU Mutual General Insurance products, as applicable to product licences.
- Technical Skills: Capable IT user including Microsoft programs.
We are looking for someone with good people skills, both in person and over the phone, who can provide excellent customer service. Ideally, you will have insurance experience, but this is not essential.
