Purchase Ledger Clerk/ Ashby De La Zouch/ 6 month Temp / Up To £13ph

Macildowieare excited to be working with a brilliant business based in
Ashby looking to add an experienced
Purchase Ledger to their team.

This is a
6 month temporary role.
They are looking for someone who can get stuck in from day one, and hit the ground running.

The roll offers hybrid working
Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00.

The salary for this role is up to £13ph dependent on experience.

This has the potential to move extremely quickly, perfect for someone on a short-term notice or immediately available.

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ownership of the purchase ledger
  • Matching, coding and posting
- invoices to the correct nominal codes

  • Resolving disputes with query invoices and suppliers
  • Reconciliations

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • Proven experience of Purchase Ledger role
  • Experience working in property or rentals is desired but not essential
  • Proactive
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
  • Reliable
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight timescales
  • Good excel skills (vlookup, pivots)
