We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Board Coordinator to join our team at VetPartners in York.


You will support the Clinical Board and the three species boards with day-to-day activities along with larger projects and quarterly meetings.

The role

Administration:

  • Manage the clinical board inbox and assisting with any queries, directing enquiries to the relevant people if needed
  • Liaise with IT to add and remove people to clinical interest groups when necessary
  • Update trackers, keep spreadsheets updated and distribute to the appropriate people monthly

Assisting the Clinical and Species Boards:

  • Assist the support team with projects by communicating with practices, sending out surveys, keeping spreadsheets updated etc.
  • Attend meetings to take minutes, offer support and ensure people are reminded of outstanding tasks afterwards. This will involve travel for nonvirtual meetings
  • Send out communications, book accommodation and assist with admin on an ad hoc basis
  • Attend weekly catchups with the Director of Clinical Research and Excellence in Practice with any outstanding queries and to chase for overdue tasks
  • Book accommodation, travel and restaurants for inperson meetings
  • Send out communications, reminders and links for meetings
  • Offer any admin support where required and help with queries

Resources:

  • Proofread documents, liaise with relevant teams to maintain, amend, alter and share documents

Is this role right for you?


You don't have to have industry knowledge to flourish in this role but administrative skills, high levels of organisation and confidence in organising and attending events broadly is very beneficial.
