Role Overview: As a vital team member in the role of Behaviour Mentor, you will be instrumental in supporting students' emotional well-being and managing their behavior within the school environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized assistance to students facing challenging behaviors.
  • Implementing effective behavior management techniques.
  • Working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Facilitating social and emotional growth.

Mandatory Requirements: To excel in this position, applicants must meet the following prerequisites:

  • Right to Work in the UK: Candidates must possess the necessary authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate: It is imperative to hold an enhanced DBS certificate, including registration with the online update service. In case you do not have one, we will assist you throughout the application procedure.
  • References: Furnish two professional references related to child care.
