Based in the Wirral close to the M56 and M53.Office based Monday to Friday with a competitive salary, a great opportunity for someone immediately available with a passion for HR.
Reporting directly into the HR Manager, the HR Administrator will play a key part in providing effective and comprehensive support to the HR function, establishing and maintaining good working relationships with managers and staff.
Manage and assist the HR Manager and other members of the Senior Management team in staff recruitmentUndertake daily checks on the recruitment inbox and all job applications.
Support the HR Manager in ensuring that new employees are monitored, assessed, and provided with appropriate assistance during the probationary period.
Post and manage vacancies on the website and external avenues.When deemed necessary, support the HR Manager with disciplinary and grievance matters.
Support as required the HR Manager and the Senior HR Officer with staff sickness absence queries, check SIP to ensure correct information has been recorded and provide guidance and support to the managers.
Undertake monthly HR Induction presentation and complete relevant paperwork with new staff.Conduct exit interviews were appropriate to enable monitoring of staff retention.
