Bath, Bath and North East Somerset, United Kingdom Plus One (South West) Ltd Full time
_Are you looking for a career in which you can make a real difference?_

Children's Homes are perceived to accommodate children who offend, when the reality is our residents face a daily sense of stigma and a feeling of being different due to the traumatic events they have witnessed in their short lives.

When you understand the trauma, you understand why this manifests in emotional and behavioural difficulty.

Plus One's primary focus is providing developmental, emotional, and therapeutic support to children who cannot stay in their own homes or with foster parents.

We are looking for caring adults to provide our children with a positive developmental experience, recognising them as individuals with their own rights, their contribution to offer.

Providing continuity of care akin to a parental substitute and equipping them with the life skills to leave our care and succeed in life as a young adult.

The closing date is: 5pm on Friday 27th January 2023.

Full time salary is £27,816 per annum

We are proud to offer a homely environment that is supportive and rewarding, working as part of a team who are passionate about improving the lives of our children.
