Are you a fluent speaker of German and looking for a new opportunity within finance? If so, then we have an amazing opportunity for you Our client, one of the world's largest department retailers, is currently looking for a German speaker to join theirFacilities Management department.

In this role you will be supporting on the financial administration of the Facilities Management team. This role is based in an amazing new office in Watford on a hybrid scheme.

You would be joining a dynamic and supportiveteam with lots of room to grow and enhance your skills, full training will be provided.


About you:

  • You would require experience in managing supplier accounts, overdue invoices, purchase order processing.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling purchase orders and liaising with contractors, expenses payable, vendors, and customers
  • Investigate invoice exceptions
  • Supporting with financial reports

Profile:

  • Possess fluency in German and English, written and spoken
  • Previous experience using accounts payable and Oracle systems (or equivalent)
  • Intermediate/advance user of Excel
  • Relevant work experience in a facilities or system management environment is a bonus
  • Power BI experience is desirable
