We are seeking a German-speaking professional with a background in HR Administration or Recruitment to join the Talent Acquisition team of a prominent fashion organization. This is a temporary position designed to support the team in managing a significant workload.
Role Overview:
This is a contract position for a duration of three months, primarily allowing for remote work, with only a few days required in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and sourcing candidates who are fluent in German using various recruitment platforms.
- Engaging with job applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews effectively.
- Managing communication regarding candidate availability.
- Creating and posting job advertisements.
- Shortlisting potential candidates for consideration.
- Overseeing diary management and sending confirmation emails.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German is essential.
- Prior experience in HR administration, recruitment, or talent acquisition is required.
- Availability to commence work at the end of August.
Work Style: The role offers a flexible work arrangement, primarily remote, with minimal office attendance needed.
