Utilising knowledge, skills and experience in project/campaign management, the Lead for Members and Governors will lead cross-departmental projects/campaigns, including those within the membership strategy and our routine Governor election campaigns, to achieve the desired results maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, guidance and policies and making the best use of the available resources.

A natural facilitator, the Lead for Members and Governors will design and lead workshops sensitive to the needs of the audience to deliver an optimal outcome.

This will include producing high-quality, engaging and focussed materials, including presentation slides, written reports, data analysis and video/audio material.

The Lead for Members and Governors will use their knowledge, skills and experience in corporate governance to ensure the Council of Governors is run effectively and efficiently in line with the Trust's Constitution, Code of Governance and relevant legislation.

NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community.

Because we put the person at the centre of all we do, we focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible.

This means many of our services can be provided at home, work or in schools. We also provide health services to various prisons and detention centres in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

For further information on the advertised role, please refer to the job description located under the Supporting Documents heading. The full person specification can be accessed under the 'About You' Section of the document.
