Position Details: Full-Time Permanent (40 hours/week)
Shifts: Flexible between 6 am and 21:00 pm, with occasional weekend shifts.
Great News Starting from April 1st, our hourly pay will increase to £12.
We are a leading provider of onboard services for the British Railway Industry, with a vast network of service centers and a strong workforce in the UK. Our commitment is to ensure top-notch service quality consistently.
No prior experience needed; comprehensive training will be provided.
AS AN ON BOARD HOST YOU WILL:
- Provide 'at seat trolley service' on EMR trains, delivering exceptional customer care, managing inventory, and processing transactions.
- Assist passengers on designated trains, meet sales targets, and fulfill contractual objectives independently.
- Maintain accurate records of stock and transactions, comply with safety and hygiene standards, and contribute to management directives.
- Carry out assigned Service Centre responsibilities, engage with passengers, offer assistance, and address diverse requirements.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ON BOARD HOST:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old due to specific responsibilities associated with the Onboard Host role.
