**On Board Host -Derby Station**:

**Rail Gourmet** is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as **On Board Host** at **Derby Station.**

**Position**: On Board Host
**Hours**: Full Time (40 hours per week)
**Shifts**: Varied between 4.30 AM to midnight
**Pay Rate: £ 10.90 per hour**

**RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ON BOARD HOST**:

- Provide an 'at seat trolley service' for customers on the EMR train network.
- Travel on assigned trains along a specific route, assisting passengers throughout their journey.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, handle Point of Sale transactions, manage stock, and adhere to Covid-19 guidelines.
- Work independently, achieving sales targets and consistently providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure contractual delivery is not compromised and meet all sales and promotional targets set by the Retail Manager.
- Accurately account for all stock and card transactions, comply with hygiene and Health & Safety standards on-board and in the Service Centre.
- Perform duties as directed in the Service Centre according to operational requirements

**REQUIREMENTS FOR ON BOARD HOST**:

- Immediate Joiner
- Due to some responsibilities within the Onboard Host role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
