What does the role involve?:


You'll be part of our Driver Line Team who are the first point of contact for our customers who notice a defect with their vehicle.

Whether that's a company car driver who's headlight is out or a commercial van driver who's dashboard warning lights have come on - you're the person they call.

You'll handle each call with professionalism, ensuring that the driver has their vehicle booked in for repair/investigation or, if needed, arranging for breakdown assistance.


Saturday shift cover required on a rolling pattern.**
Some of your key duties will include:
  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls
  • Making contact with our garage network to book vehicles in for repair
  • Arranging hire vehicles were appropriate for our customers

What are we looking for?:


You'll have previous customer service experience as well as enjoy being on the phone and confident with both inbound and outbound calls.

Your excellent communication skills and customer first mindset will see you go above and beyond to keep our customers on the road.

  • The ability to think on your feet
  • Great organisation skills
