What does the role involve?

Reporting into our Build Team Leader you'll be joining a team of 10 Build Executives who co-ordinate the build process of new commercial vehicles for our fleet customers. From a car converted for business use, Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV's), Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGV's) through to specialist vehicles such as fuel tankers and plant equipment, you'll be liaising with the manufacturer, suppliers, customer and internal colleagues to ensure the timeline for each vehicle build is mapped, communicated and delivered on time.

**Some of your key duties will include**:

- Managing vehicle orders and the build process in line with our service level agreements (SLA's)
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the vehicles are ready for the customer in a timely manner
- Highlighting any performance issues of suppliers or delays to the build process to the relevant stakeholders
- Managing and processing supplier invoices

What are we looking for?

To be considered for this role ideally you'd be joining us with previous office based customer service and administration experience and be able to demonstrate the ability to organise your workload and manage your time effectively.

Also, we're looking for the following:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft products (particularly Excel) and confidence to learn our internal systems
- A great approach to team working
- An interest in vehicles would always help but isn't necessary
