Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Content, Email, and Database Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing effective content marketing strategies, managing email campaigns, and optimising our customer database.

The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and possesses a deep understanding of content marketing, email marketing best practices, and database management.


Responsibilities:

Content Marketing:

  • Create compelling, high-quality content for various channels, including the website, and other marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging, SEO goals, and overall marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to refine strategies and maximise impact.

Email Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and A/B testing.
  • Design and implement automated email campaigns to nurture leads, onboard customers, and drive conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
  • Analyse email campaign performance metrics, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Database Management:

  • Manage and maintain the health of our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Implement segmentation strategies to personalise communications and improve targeting.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to integrate and optimise data flows between marketing systems and the database.
  • Conduct regular data hygiene audits to identify and rectify inconsistencies or errors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content marketing, email marketing, and database management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency in HTML for email template customization.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Certifications in content marketing, email marketing, or related fields.
