This position requires a strong strategic mindset, creative vision, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate should be hard-working, motivated, and have proven experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment, particularly in procurement. Previous experience in strategic roles within the procurement services market would be beneficial, especially in consulting, managed services, or technology segments. We are specifically seeking individuals with a keen understanding of both evolving procure-tech and global sustainability landscapes.
- Strategic Direction: Lead the development and refinement of the LPS strategic plan, aligning it with business objectives.
- Corporate Development: Identify and evaluate partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities to fuel LPS growth.
- Strategic Projects: Identify and drive strategic projects such as new market evaluation and operating model enhancements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and risks.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors' strategies to gain a competitive edge for LPS.
- Value Proposition Development: Define compelling value propositions for LPS solutions.
- Solution Strategy: Develop a comprehensive solution strategy aligned with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit and mentor a high-performing strategy and solutions team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
- Industry Engagement: Represent LPS at industry events and share insights.
* Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, finance, or technology. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
