Stock and Admin Clerk with immediate start for our client, supply chain partner in Harlow.

The role is on the rolling rota basis, any 5 out of 7 days, 6:00- 14:00.

Requirements:

  • Excellent IT and good communication skills (including Microsoft Office programs)
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • There be excel test during the interview, which will involve sorting, filtering, data input.
  • Works well under tight deadlines with a keen eye for detail and a right firsttime approach
  • Energetic, resilient, and flexible
Key Job responsibility

  • Ensuring all products are tracked through the network back to the hub and then processed in a timely manner, accounted for and correctly scanned and booked onto the system
  • Conducting stock investigations of both physical stock holding and system balances
  • Produce manifests for all outgoing products
  • Have accountability for an accurate stock file ensuring perpetual inventory and other stock counts are carried out in a timely manner and all issues arising are acted upon
  • Escalate issues that are likely to affect the performance of the department the site or relationship with the customer
  • Ensure department operates in line with all company and customer procedures and requirements relating to Health and Safety
  • To be an active part of a proactive, flexible and fast paced team
  • Reviewing processes
  • Ad Hoc administration duties
