THE COMPANY:

Our client is a fabulous property company based in Central London with high profile clients and portfolios and a huge focus on sustainability.


THE ROLE:
Looking for an experienced Marketing Executive who can jump in at the deep end to organise tasks, create processes, liaise between departments and agencies, collate information, prepare and circulate marketing materials, brief agencies and other short term tasks to support the company's leasing function

Key responsibilities include:
- deliver marketing materials that support achievement of revenue objectives for workplace, retail, hospitality and leisure leasing
- deliver leasing marketing, including vinyls, 360 videos, web site content, sizzles, brochures, etc.
- work closely with the Customer team and Managing Agent teams on understanding their immediate needs and collating materials into a centralised Sharepoint source
- work closely with the workplace operations team to support on marketing materials and processes for flexible workplaces and amenities
