This position will mainly be over the weekends and possibly some in the week over the summer holidays.


At The Milking Parlour, Tollgate Brewery, service finishes no later than 9pm, so you can expect to be finished by 9:30pm making the hours much more sociable than comparable positions in other hospitality venues.


Your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Serving customers.
  • Running food.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Collecting glasses.

Requirements:

  • Ideally, an immediate start is preferable.
  • A personality. We love encouraging staff to be themselves and our customers enjoy being able to chat
  • Which we encourage


 The correct attitude
  • If you don't have experience don't worry. If you want to learn and want to do your job well, we can train the rest
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices are a bonus but shall be trained.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to be able to sell alcohol without a manager nearby.


To summarise, we are looking for a handful of part-time staff who are able to work over weekends to join our team for the foreseeable future.

This is with an immediate start as we prepare for the warmer months

Wage:
18-20 year olds - £11.14
21 and over - £11.44

Job Types:
