  • Drive forward a project to improve and automate the current processes, collaborating with the People Team, Finance and the payroll bureau
  • Management of people cost data and headcount in the Financial Planning software (Vena) and assisting with budget and forecast preparation
  • Assistance in preparing monthly payroll data for submission to the payroll bureau (4 payrolls, circa 850 staff)
  • Provide insight and analytics to relevant teams
  • Posting payroll costs into the general ledger and assisting with balance sheet reconciliations for the relevant accounts
  • Assistance with ad hoc projects and tasks as necessary (i.e acquisitions, system upgrades, tax initiatives, etc)

The successful candidate will have...

  • Experience in improving systems and processes with a strong drive to get the best out of our systems
  • Previous experience gained either working in a payroll environment or in a finance role with exposure to payroll processes
  • Exceptionally high attention to detail
  • Be a strong team player with the ability to work to your own initiative
