What's in a day?

Breakfast

  • From the moment the sun rises there's a shift that begins, you'll need to be a morning person with a huge smile on your face whilst breakfast is delivered to high volumes of guests throughout service taking orders, running drinks and food whilst making sure that everyone including yourself is still smiling by the end of it all.
Lunch

  • Rolling straight on from breakfast you'll need to keep up the pace as we hit lunchtime, if the sun is out you'll need to use your proven experience in managing a section with a fast turnover, some people are just popping in for a pit stop of coffee and cake, others might be looking for a more relaxed long lunch, either way you'll need to identify this and make sure you hit the spot continuously until service finishes at 5, then it's clean down, re stock and cash out time
Dinner

  • Upstairs in the restaurant it's the same great service delivered time and time again with a slightly more a la carte menu. Think nice fish dishes, bottles of wine flowing and a nice chilled seafront restaurant vibe. Yes it's busy, but not a walk in the park. Making memories for those special occasions that people choose to share with us. We love it and so should you.


Certainly, the roles front of house are challenging, as you'll be expected to make sure the you are always on top form, having fun at work whilst performing as a team that are trained and developed along the way.


Key responsibilities:

  • Taking food and drinks orders
  • Delivering outstanding service
  • Handling cash & card payments
  • Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment
  • Being part of an efficient team
  • What sort of hours would I work?
Varied shifts, Day shifts can start at 8 and finish anytime around 6. Evening shifts start around 4 and finish any time near 12am. It's 5 days a week and
will involve working weekends and
school holidays.
The best bit about being part of the team?


This is for a fast paced well organised person who loves not having a day that is ever the same You get to be part of a team that are more like a family.
