About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic FOH Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage table reservations, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
