Job Description

Job Title: Security Team Member

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Team Member to join our team at Haven. As a Security Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular perimeter patrols and perform regular safety and fire equipment checks to ensure the security and safety of our guests and staff.
  • Ensure guests' holidays are not disrupted by maintaining acceptable noise levels in and around caravans.
  • Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Check membership passes and ensure that only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas.
  • Complete control logs and reports to ensure that all security incidents are documented and investigated.

Requirements:

  • You will be SIA licensed, preferably with experience within a similar role.
  • You will be committed and focused on delivering a professional service, with good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a positive attitude to customer care.
  • You will be a team player, happy to support late check-ins with other departments, such as housekeeping and reception.
