Key Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Customers
- Ensure a warm and friendly welcome to all customers, making them feel valued and appreciated.
- Food and Beverage Service
- Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and appealing manner.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Teamwork and Communication
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Adherence to Company Standards

Requirements
- Previous Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Personality and Skills
- Outgoing and friendly personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Availability and Flexibility
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
