The Compliance Training and Policy Governance Team (PTG) is responsible for overseeing the enterprise-wide document governance function and compliance training program. Their mission is to establish a comprehensive framework for articulating content and ethical standards through consistent policies and procedures, ensuring the protection of Coinbase, its employees, and customers. As part of a fast-paced environment, you will work closely with the Sr. Manager, Compliance Training and Policy Governance to manage operational tasks related to compliance training and policy governance, supporting ongoing initiatives and enhancements of Coinbase's global programs. Your responsibilities: Compliance Training:
- Coordinate Coinbase's annual Compliance training plan through various administrative tasks using the learning management system.
- Provide learner support for Compliance courses.
- Generate Compliance training completion reports for regulatory purposes and internal stakeholders.
- Establish standards for compliance training administration and document processes.
- Maintain compliance training-related documentation.
- Support the development and evaluation of training courses.
- Manage the Compliance Training intranet page.
- Assist with senior management and board presentations when necessary.
- Support activities related to the continuing education program.
- Manage policy administration and maintenance of Coinbase's document repository.
- Update content on the Policies intranet page.
- Coordinate efforts related to policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in education, training, or instructional design.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in HR, compliance, legal, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with learning management systems, ideally Docebo.
- Strong technical aptitude for various applications and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with the independence to drive projects forward.
- Proficient in project management and problem-solving.
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced nature of a growing organization.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Aligned with the mission and values of Coinbase.
- Experience in compliance training administration.
- Exposure to policy management/governance.
- Familiarity with GRC systems like Archer.
- Background in instructional design and content authoring tools.
