SALES CONSULTANT (PART TIME - PETER JONES)

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic
Sales Consultant to join us in our concession based in
Peter Jones, London on
20 hours per week (Mon-Sat).

You must be enthusiastic, have an interest in fashion, dependable, keen to succeed, polished and dedicated to providing exceptional service.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and a customer experience that meets the requirements of the hush brand lifestyle.
  • Drive the achievement of multiple concession targets.
  • Build relationships by engaging with John Lewis store team. Please note, this is an integral part to the role.
  • Ensure all operations are being completed to create a functional trading environment.
  • Raise brand awareness and spot commercial opportunities in store.

The Person:

  • Able to work 20 hours per week, Mon-Saturday.
  • Ideally 2+ years of retail and customer service experience within a similar environment.
  • Have a handson approach and experience of visual merchandising in store.
  • Enthusiastic about the hush brand with a strong fashion sense and styling abilities.
  • Flexible to work hours in line with store's needs.
  • Resolute, honest, and able to problemsolve efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a wider team.
  • Commercially driven with a basic knowledge of reading retail reports.
