An opportunity has arisen for a well presented, friendly, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our friendly small team to provide administrative support for one years maternity cover with potential to extend to permanent contract.
We are looking for the following skills:
An excellent and confident telephone manner, accurate typing skills, good English (written & spoken) and a caring attitude are all essential attributes.
This role will suit a highly organised, ambitious individual, who excels in a busy environment and has an adaptable and 'can-do' approach.
This job will cover patient bookings, patient liaison, clinic preparation, arranging theatre lists, typing clinic letters, social media, marketing, website updates, dealing with the media, business development and assisting with personal day-to-day activities.
Computer skills:
Word processing, graph production, social media. Knowledge of Practice Manager software desirable but not essential.
