As we continue to grow, we're looking for a self-motivated, agile, and ambitious Business Development Representative to become an integral member of our team.

Compensation

Up to £30,000 (depending on experience) + 100% Commission for OTE (Uncapped)

Your profile

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be using your intelligence, initiative and strong communication skills to engage target contacts and build interest in our market-leading products. You will be armed with access to data resources and high-quality original content, and you will also be involved in interactions with our tier 1 telecom partners and leading global technology companies.

The ability to build compelling narratives and develop meaningful connections will be instrumental to your success. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine our target account list utilising both data platforms and internal insights
  • Creatively leverage our content strategy and other themes to make new connections
  • Evolve engaging narratives and comment intelligently to drive engagement
  • Coordinate with partners and attend meetings to expand your network
  • Be highly organised in keeping track of leads, contacts and tracking progress
  • Contribute to the content strategy by identifying areas of interest in our potential audience
  • Set up qualified appointments for the sales team members
  • Collaborate and build relationships internally to identify opportunities to source more leads through referrals and connections
Experience Set:
  • Highly self-motivated and exhibiting a strong desire to achieve
  • Emotionally intelligent and a strong written communicator
  • Highly organised and willing to constantly take the initiative
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the UK
  • Understanding of key social networks
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) is a bonus
  • Exposure to or direct experience within the healthcare sector is desirable
  • Demonstrated success in business development or sales roles
