Tradewind Liverpool are currently looking for two Youth Workers to be based within a school in Liverpool.

You will be working with children aged from 11-16 who are no longer in mainstream school.

These children have been excluded from their mainstream secondary schools due to behavioural challenges, therefore we are looking for Youth Workers who are experienced with these types of young people and can demonstrate an ability to deescalate obstructive behaviour when presented to you.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working with young people, preferably in Youth Centres, Youth Outreach or Sports Clubs
  • Previous experience with challenging behaviours
  • Calm but positive personality
