Role Introduction:

As part of the Service Delivery team, the SIAM Standards and Governance Lead is responsible for activity related to the efficient and effective provision of service to meet the requirements of customer contractual obligations.


The SIAM Standards and Governance Lead is expected to ensure that service providers within the SIAM Ecosystem are demonstrating compliance with policy, process and quality standards as well as meeting SLA obligations.

These processes include (but are not limited to): Incident Management, Service Request Management; Change Management; Problem Management; Major Incident Management; Continuous Service Improvement; Operational Risk Management; Asset Management.


The SIAM Standards and Governance Lead will review compliance data and trends to highlight to the Service Delivery Managers (SDM) areas where service providers are not demonstrating compliance, as well as identify opportunities for service improvements within the SIAM Ecosystem.


What You Will Do:

  • Represent Advanced professionally at all times
  • Provide Standards and Governance oversight within the
    SIAM Ecosystem
  • Ensure all engagements drive the customers experience in line with the customer contracted services, managing customer expectations at all times.
  • Understand the
    SLA landscape and service provider obligations
  • Utilise data from multiple sources to
    measure compliance with agreed SIAM ecosystem standards
  • Identify and capture areas of process/standards noncompliance
  • Provide
    trend analysis of compliance adherence across the Ecosystem to identify areas of improvement and to support service reporting

Identify any risks to service as a result of noncompliance and ensure that they are captured and tracked as part of
Operational Risk Management:

  • Assist with progressing actions contained within the
    CSI register and updating the register where appropriate
  • Assist with identifying improvements to reporting and representation of data to the customer
  • Maintenance of documentation and procedures relating to SIAM Services provided to the Customer in accordance with the Service Order Schedules
  • Assist with the collection of service metrics for the purposes of variable billing, where applicable
  • Will conform to Service Delivery best practice.
