About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Lead for Quality and Governance in Medicine. This role will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and governance within our Medicine department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality and governance strategies to improve patient outcomes and safety
  • Collaborate with medical staff and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality and governance best practices
  • Monitor and report on quality and governance metrics and trends
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality and governance roles within a healthcare setting
