Join Our Team as a Consultant in Stroke Medicine

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Stroke Medicine to join our team at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. As a leading NHS Foundation Trust, we provide high-quality services to nearly 700,000 adult patients every year.

The successful candidate will have a strong interest in Stroke Medicine and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care. They will be responsible for leading our Acute Stroke Unit and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Acute Stroke Unit and develop strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to the development of our Stroke Medicine service
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Registration with the GMC
  • Experience in Stroke Medicine
