We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client within the Financial Industry in Fareham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain some customer service and office experience and looking to join a companythey can progress within.


The role:

  • Providing a great service to customers, ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently and to a good level
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • General administration duties
  • Will have great customer service experience and will be confident speaking to customers and clients on the phone
  • Great communication skills and passion for customer service
  • Confidence using a PC and Microsoft Office
