How will you make a difference?nThe Project Engineer is responsible for leading, managing, coordinating, and controlling all engineering related activities in the project to deliver on requirements, budget, and schedule, by implementing the applicable engineering Product Line processes.


What you will be doing...nEnsure that all technical requirements and demands by the Customer as per contract are covered by the defined engineering scope.nGenerate the engineering input to the detailed project schedule.nCooperate with other functions inside and outside the Project Team in cross-functional activities regarding cost reduction, risk, and opportunity analysis).nMonitor and compile scope change and agree on the engineering budget with the Project Manager.nApprove all concepts and specifications for use in the projects such as calculations, safety analysis, and system-type test reports.nAnalyse and report all changes to the engineering project budget, schedule, requirements, and deliverables.nAchieve customer satisfaction with reliable product performance, quick response to customer feedback including potential complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the time limits.nSupport and address the interface problems or technical clarifications (e.g., with suppliers)nManage according to the project plan, the project product development plan with a focus on implementation, integration, and verification.nManage the customer gate reviews, ensuring proper preparation for the engineering scope and positive achievement of the milestone.nManage with the technical project team the related system validation process, ensuring the respect and management of all homologation and certification requirements.nLiaising with customers to solve nonconformances in the interest of customer satisfaction, long term reliability, and safety.

Are you an individual with the following?nExperience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.nIdeally, you have demonstrable design and project experience.nAbility to coordinate and ensure collaboration of multi-site/multi-function teams.nProven ability to develop, lead and implement projects with high business impact.nExcellent communication skills and matrix leadership experience.nFinancial and data analysis skills.
