MPLOY is in search of a skilled planning professional with manufacturing experience to ensure realistic expectations are set for customers and to plan for increasing sales demands.

You will be part of a team of around 40 individuals at a dynamic SME with 20 years of history. The company specializes in manufacturing and refurbishing industrial machinery for a wide range of industries, providing you with a diverse workload and exciting projects to manage and deliver.

As the chosen candidate, you will be responsible for material planning, coordinating material flow, collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will contribute to achieving On-Time Delivery (OTD), New Product Introduction (NPI), and Inventory targets.

You will play a key role in improving forecasting accuracy and developing capacity planning strategies to ensure materials are on-hand to meet production schedules, especially for numerous New Product Introductions (NPI).

Your expertise in planning will directly impact customer satisfaction by optimizing lead times and deliveries, while your inventory management strategies will facilitate growth and minimize stagnant stock.

To be eligible for this position, you must demonstrate the following skills:

  • Supply chain expertise encompassing MRP production planning, raw materials, production, and logistics.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate effective negotiation and data analysis in various scenarios.
  • Experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment with a focus on Lean/JIT and/or Six-sigma methodologies, including root cause analysis and solutions.
