9:30pm - 6:30am.
Salary:
£12.50 per hour. £13 per hour upon successful probation (3 months)
Job description
At TMS Protection, we are looking for an experienced Control Room Office to join our team to co-ordinate all activities in support of operations and the business during our Out of Hours service.
The successful applicant will join our team, based within our brand new Control Room facility in Maidstone, to support our Security Officers and Mobile Response Officers out of office hours.

Our Control Room Officer must:
- Possess excellent Time Management and Communication skills
- Be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of MS Office and proficiency in using other software packages.
- Be capable of prioritising response calls and providing guidance and assistance to Security and Mobile Response Officers as needed.
As a Control Room Officer, you will be Responsible for:
- Overseeing and co-ordinating all activities in support of operations and the business during our out of hours service.
- Assisting with roster allocations and covering shifts at short notice.
- Directing/coordinating Mobile Patrol Officers to respond to emergency and alarm call outs.
- Ensuring all Security Staff book on/off.
- Compiling accurate and detailed logs and reports.
- Monitoring Mobile Patrol Officers driving activities, and location using the Webfleet tracking service.
- Issuing and checking keys in accordance with procedures.
- Perform and record lone worker safety check calls.
- Valid Identification and Proof of Address Documents
- Proof or Right to Work
- A Comprehensive 5 Year Work History
- Current valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
