This is a hybrid role based in Maidstone, Kent with the flexibility of working one day per week in the office. Enjoy a great work-life balance without the pressure of working more than 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities:- Lead the annual risk control and self-assessment process, providing detailed reports and conclusions.
- Offer support and guidance to risk owners during the RCSA.
- Manage the annual review and update of Risk Management and Risk Appetite Frameworks.
- Assist in developing key metrics and analyzing risk data for valuable insights.
- Deliver risk MI reports to the Executive Committee and report on principal risks.
- Provide risk training and promote a risk-aware culture.
- Prior experience with PRA/FCA regulations in a financial setting.
- Understanding of digital environments and reliance on third-party services.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in the financial sector.
- Deep technical knowledge of risk and resilience methodologies.
- Updated regulatory knowledge across relevant areas.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
