Come and be part of an innovative and forward-thinking team; The Occupational Health Unit based at our clinic at Nottinghamshire Police Force Headquarters are looking to recruit an Administrator on a 37 hours per week basis


The Occupational Health Unit is a small, friendly team of exceptional professionals who contribute to the Chief Constable's strategic objectives to maintain a workforce fit for the future.

The team is hardworking, the work is varied and the unit is a friendly environment in which to work.


As an OHU Administrator you will support the delivery and aims of the Chief Constable, providing a confidential administrative service in a customer facing environment.

You will manage all incoming correspondence and resolve queries providing a confidential customer focussed administrative service.


Your past experience will enable you to carry out administrative/process work and maintain filing systems, including medical files and document storage, operating an efficient bring-forward/ retrieval system to support the Unit's activities.


You will be ensuring security of all confidential and computer produced documents according to the force policy and the Data Protection Act and undertaking such other duties commensurate with the post, as may be required for the safe and effective performance of the role.
