Occupational Health Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Occupational Health Physician to join our forward-thinking and innovative Occupational Health and Wellbeing team at OHTS. As an Occupational Health Physician, you will contribute to the development of our Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service and play a key role in shaping the service provision for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake a range of services including weekly clinics providing Complex Case Management, Sickness Absence Management, Health Surveillance, Ill-Health Retirement / Pensions, Safety Critical Work Medicals & Pre-Employment Assessments.
  • Report directly to the Medical Director and assist in shaping the service provision for the future.
  • Improve quality and safety standards, delivery of targets, service modernisation.
  • Work as an independent & autonomous Occupational Health Physician.
  • Effective communication & relationship building skills.
