Join our team at NT's Loft, a vibrant cocktail bar and club with a stunning East London skyline, boasting an all-weather terrace and a function one sound system.
We are an exciting music venue which hosts a variety of events such as club nights, brunches, live events, EP launches and, corporates just to name a few.
We're in search of Cocktail Bartenders to be part of our dynamic crew, in a music orientated working environment with space to grow and networking with likewise individuals along the way.
As a Bartender, you will be at the forefront of our bars, driving fun in your team, quality, and standards.
Guest experience will be at the heart of everything you do and your passion for all things "drinks" will shine through in every interaction with our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure every guest interaction is ultrapositive, professional and with the intention of getting them to have a return visit.
- Undertake all job role responsibilities where relevant/needed.
- Always follow due diligence guidelines on time, and follow set up, change over & breakdown guidelines.
- Always keep the bar areas clean & tidy, this includes all bar tables and outdoor seating areas.
- Always be guestfacing and customerfocused, providing excellent service in line with our service criteria.
- Ensure all specs are always followed.
- Commit to maintaining an excellent standard of knowledge expected to perform your role. This includes core manual, drinks specs.
- Proactively engage with company incentives.
- Maximise sales using upselling techniques.
- Always being H+S compliant including licensing obligations.
