Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional cocktails, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and master our cocktail menu, including classic cocktails and signature drinks.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, adhering to our standards of quality and presentation.
  • Communicate effectively with servers and barbacks to ensure seamless service.
  • Participate in the creation of new cocktails and menu items.
  • Assist in training and development of junior bartenders and barbacks.
  • Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude during service.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role within a cocktail bar.
  • Excellent knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and mixology techniques.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Social and engaging personality, with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
