Percival is collaborating with the National Brain Appeal to recruit an Individual Giving Manager. The chosen candidate will focus on spearheading individual giving campaigns for capital appeals at a top center specializing in neurological and neuromuscular conditions.
The National Brain Appeal supports groundbreaking research, innovative treatments, and state-of-the-art facilities, backing The National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery and the UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology - known collectively as Queen Square. These conditions include stroke, multiple sclerosis, brain cancer, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, and dementia.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Fundraising, overseeing the Individual Giving Team. Collaborating with colleagues across the fundraising department, you will develop, test, monitor, and assess campaigns to achieve challenging income and expenditure goals. The focus will be on providing supporters with a positive charity experience.
The selected individual will manage a team of three, contributing significantly to the fundraising strategy. The key objective is to enhance the charity's impact by boosting individual giving income, ultimately benefiting patients and individuals impacted by neurological conditions.Ideal candidates should possess substantial experience in designing, executing, and evaluating individual giving fundraising initiatives.
