About the Role

Civitas Charity Recruitment ltd is seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Manager to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in securing financial resources to support our charity's orphan and widow sponsorship programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and oversee fundraising activities across various avenues, including community, events, mosques, and local business partnerships.
  • Develop and manage fundraising campaigns and activities to meet targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community leaders.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Manager with a proven track record in community fundraising. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, including grant writing and public speaking. Proven leadership and team management experience, as well as familiarity with fundraising software and CRM systems, is essential for this role.
