About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team at Massenhove Recruitment. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to drive growth and increase income for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan to achieve income growth targets
  • Collaborate with the Director of Engagement & Communications to develop and deliver fundraising campaigns and events
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and partners to secure funding and support
  • Manage and analyze data to inform fundraising strategies and optimize results
  • Work closely with the data and administration teams to ensure effective response handling and supporter care

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in fundraising, with a track record of achieving income growth targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and analyze data to inform fundraising strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in fundraising, marketing, or a related field
